I enjoyed it, but I felt it was an average Chuck episode, which in my book is still great. I was kind of hoping Morgan was being genuinely helpful to Awesome, but I can see why he wasn't. I love that Awesome fell for it, though.

The action scenes weren't terribly exciting.

And Bryce is back. Saw that ending coming a mile away. That show breaks my heart.

I gave it an above average--but it's somewhere between average and above. I'm liking Chuck a lot more this season, but I saw the ending coming from a mile away. The love triangle is not that interesting. I wish they'd break out of the formula a little bit.

I have feeling they're knocking this stuff out early to kind of catch up newcomers to the show.

I think I actually found the Buy More B-story more interesting than the A-story this week, though John Larroquette was pretty entertaining.

Old School Secret Agent Guy was great!

But I really, really hate Chuck's annoying sister....

She comes across as whingy, needy, clingy and self-centered to me. And she's not funny or charismatic anough to be interesting, IMO.

^ I don't find her annoying at all. She's just the only normal person in the group. I sort of see her as the equal of the daughter in the The Munsters.

She's got a brother who used to be her best friend, but now he doesn't spend time with her and keeps secrets.

She's got a fiancee who is occasionally retarded.

I think she's doing a fine job considering.

Above Average. I thought both storylines were really fun, and John Larroquette was great as Roan Montgomery. I'm really hoping that he could become a recurring or even regular character, because I could easily see him continuing to mentor Chuck in the ways of spies and seduction. I do have to agree about the ending though, as soon as he started getting close to Sarah's apartment I knew what was gonna happen.

There was an episode following past Ms. CIA undercover agent dressed in tight tanktop entrance scene?:drool:

Damn.. i'm not that into blondes but.. Damn!

Anyway.. episode was solid and enjoyable. A bit bored by the use of ex-boyfriend to throw in a wrench between the romance of the two leads (when we repeatedly get told she's in love with him and he clearly is).

Casey (Baldwin) was brilliant as ever and the Buy More Nerds are just as lovable.

The whole UST thing needs to go. The rest of the show is fresh and engaging and the UST thing is so damn hackneyed. Chuck and Sarah, have sex! I command it! :klingon:

Bringing Bryce in, whatever. It's just an artificial way to keep Sarah and Chuck apart. Sarah should just say, "Hi Bryce, I love Chuck now and now we're going to have sex. Bye." I mean seriously, WHY would she still be in love with Bryce, who may be conventionally good-looking but is not nearly as charming as Chuck and has far too many spy-related relationship issues. If Chuck gets the intersect out of his head, he can be good boyfriend material, which is something Bryce will never be and I guess this show has gotten under my skin if I'm ranting like a shipper now... :rommie:

The actress who plays Chuck's sis just is not...something. There's something off about her. They should have hired Sarah Silverman to play his sis. Okay, she would have been too dominant a presence, but someone with a bit of that quality.

When this show gets cancelled (sorry folks, it's getting near the danger zone), Zachary Levi and Sarah Silverman need to star in something together. They would be like a couple of hyperactive rodents running around like they're on crystal meth.

The BuyMore nerds used to annoy me, but I'm liking them now. Hope NBC's state of total desperation keeps Chuck safe for a while. It's been renewed for a full season (how's that for desperate!) but that could be rescinded...

I rated this week at above average. It wasn't quite up to last week which I rated as Awesome.

BTW, Michael Chris, if you are going to start a Chuck poll I would think that the top choice would be as I listed it last week as "Awesome". When you have a show with a name built into like that, you just HAVE to use it.

 YES! I think it'll happen sooner rather than later. I'm still convinced they're getting all of last year's drama out of the way in these early episodes as sort of a recap so they can move on to the new stuff.

I love Sarah Silverman, but keep her and similar people away from Chuck. She would ruin the dynamic. I think Sarah Lancaster is doing a great job in the role. Not every character can be 100% likable.

I'll be generous and give it an average. Too much romance and not enough funny. The show is definitely better when Chuck isn't whining about his life and more invested in the Buy More.

I don't have any problems with Chuck's sister. If they focused on her more than they currently do, she might get more annoying. But as it currently is, she doesn't bother me all that much.

Awesome idea! :techman:
