Chronological List of Batman TPB's?

With this whole Batman RIP thing, I kinda feel like reading all the sort of recent Batman stories again (some I've read before, and others I haven't), and I was wondering if there was any place where it gave a list of all the collected editions and in what order they should be read.

Here's a website called the The DC TPB Timeline which seeks to put all of DC's TPBs into chronological order (although they don't get it 100% right in every case).

Batman TPBs collecting story arcs that ran in the major Batman titles released over the last four years or so are (in order):

Batman: Hush Volume 1
Batman: Hush Volume 2
Batman: Broken City
Batman: As the Crow Flies
Batman: War Drums
Batman: War Games Act One
Batman: War Games Act Two
Batman: War Games Act Three
Batman: War Crimes
Batman: Hush Returns
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 1
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 2
Batman: Face the Face
Batman and Son

Batman: Hush Volume 1
Batman: Hush Volume 2
Batman: Broken City
Batman: As the Crow Flies
Batman: War Drums
Batman: War Games Act One
Batman: War Games Act Two
Batman: War Games Act Three
Batman: War Crimes
Batman: Hush Returns
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 1
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 2
Batman: Face the Face
Batman: Detective
Batman: Death In The City
Batman and Son
Batman: The Resurrection of Ra's Al Gul

I just read Batman and Son; is there a preceding trade right before that one? 'Cause it opens with the Joker murdering Batman with no explanation :p And does the Resurrection R'ash trade immediately follow after Batman and Son?

And what's the beginning of the Grant Morrison story run? It's clearly all connected. At one point in Batman and Son, Zurr En Argh is written as graffiti on a wall where Bats is fighting.

That was my problem with "Batman and Son" is that it seems disjointed, like I'm missing something else that's going on - the stuff about the Black Casebook and the three Batmen seems to pop up practically out of nowhere 3/4 of the way through. And then the final chapter skips over what I'll assume is "Batman RIP"...

I was just very confused about the whole thing.

Oh, that's slick. It's a shame the 1980s stuff is so sparsely represented, though; I'd like to know how all the early Batman stuff slots together, and also how it corresponds to the Superman stuff: Year One, Year Two, The Man Who Laughs, The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, and the new Matt Wagner stuff.

Batman: Hush Volume 1
Batman: Hush Volume 2
Batman: Broken City
Batman: As the Crow Flies
Batman: War Drums
Batman: War Games Act One
Batman: War Games Act Two
Batman: War Games Act Three
Batman: War Crimes
Batman: Hush Returns
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 1
Batman: Under the Hood Volume 2
Batman: Face the Face
Batman: Detective
Batman: Death In The City
Batman and Son
Batman: The Resurrection of Ra's Al Gul

Could anyone update this list as of this month?

And does anyone know where the upcoming Black Glove tpb fits in? According to DC's site it takes place before Resurrection. Or at least the first half of it does. So confusing.

Batman: The Black Glove is the only new element of the list before at least December. It can probably be read just after Batman: The Resurrection of Ra's Al Gul, despite the first of its two stories having been originally published prior to the crossover.
