Some ideas:
* Miles got rid of her because:
** Keiko put her foot down.
** She made Molly cry.
* She then:
** was relegated to the D's or DS9's bio-labs.
** was given to Barclay permanently.
** escaped and wandered the ship endlessly until the D was destroyed
** Eaten/married/killed by a visitor to the ship

Wouldn't this be better suited up in General Trek in the General Questions Thread. I believe that that thread was created to answer such mundane questions that don't have the legs for a full blown thread.

Miles beamed Christina down to a planet so she could play outside in the sunshine. When he beamed her back up there was a transporter accident (naturally) and she was eight feet tall. She gleefully ran all over the ship causing much mayhem until the crew figured a way to return her to her original size.

Now she lives in a glass enclosure on Miles dresser.

He had the spider in a cage you can see it in his quarters in episode 4 of the third season of DS9.
But later, when he got that cat from that guy that he caused to be killed, sort of a poetic justice, the cat killed and partially at Christine.
