According to Entertainment Tonight, Chris Pine and Sofia Boutella are possibly dating.

Looks like Chris Pine may be off the market!

The 36-year-old actor was spotted at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Friday, appearing a bit flirty with his Star Trek Beyond co-star, Sofia Boutella.

"They looked very much like a couple, holding hands throughout the evening," an eyewitness told ET.

Later, the two were seen together at the NYLON Midnight Garden party. A press release from the soirée stated that Pine and Boutella "arrived on a double date with newlyweds Troian Bellisario and Patrick Adams."

ET has reached out to Pine and Boutella's reps for comment.

People did pick up on them being rather friendly together in interviews for Beyond. And by people I really mean YouTube commenters.

Meh, whatever. Good for them, I guess.

Well hey, you never know who is going to be the uber outcast/have trouble. Gauging by his popularity since he became an actor? Oh i'm sure girls are knocking his door down, but before that? Lot's of actor's have very interesting stories to tell of who they were and what they were like before they became famous.


Sofia's a beautiful and charming woman, and Chris always comes off as a really down to Earth dude. So if it's true, congratulations to both of them. I hope it doesn't horribly crash and burn like 90% of all relationships.

Well, I am not surprised. Alexander Siddig and Nana Visitor were married in real life in 1997. Jeri Ryan and Brannon Braga. Gene Roddenberry and Nichelle Nichols. Sexual harassment with Grace Lee Whitney by one of the series executives.
 
If they are indeed dating, then good for them.

Not that it's any of my business but hopefully, being in a long term relationship will allow CP to further develop his interpretation of JTK as a character.
 
Usually I don't care about which celebrities date, but Sofia Boutella is absolutely adorable, so good for Chris if they are indeed seeing each other.

Hopefully by bringing a certain level of maturity to CP's interpretation of the character, by experiencing some personal growth in his own life.

Pine did fine with his portrayal of Kirk in Beyond. His immature performance in the first two had more to do with the character being written as immature than it did Pine's interpretation of the role.
