Chef Robert was the big guy with swagger on this season's Hell's Kitchen. The one who mooned the camera and told Gordan Ramsey to kiss it. Well, he has quite the backstory.

Once a Pinellas County problem kid, now a chef with reality show fame, Robert Hesse returned on Monday to the place where that transformation began. In the kitchen at Hernando's Eckerd Academy program for at-risk adolescents, he cooked a lunch for kids who he feels a kinship with.

I really like this show it was great. I think Ramsey is cruel but a great person. Sometimes in life we have to be cruel. I will watch the show next season.

I love this show as well and was sorry that Robert left early due to a heart condition or problem. I like Ramsay as well..but think that sometimes he comes off as rude..but I guess you have to be rude at times to get your point across to some people. I will also watch his show next year and am also watching his Kitchen Nightmares show on TV as well as the F Word show on BBC America.
