Charlie Sheen Plots a TV Return

From Deadline Hollywood comes the news that Lionsgate TV and Charlie Sheen have finalized a deal to produce a new sitcom "loosely based" on a 2003 comedy film.

The film in question? Anger Management.

While you're chuckling at just how perfect that seems, read my favorite bit from the article, in which I hope Sheen was being self-deprecating:

I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept.

If this does go to series, I might just have to tune in for the first few episodes to see what kind of train wreck ensues.

Christian Slater as Jack Nicholson, but the real question is who will play the obese cat in the sweater?

He plays Nicholson's character, I believe.

Charlie Sheen is simply a godawful actor, and while that's not necessarily a problem in Hollywood, it's not a good thing either. I liked that movie btw.
