LOS ANGELES (AP) — 'Black Panther' actor Chadwick Boseman dies at 43 after 4-year fight with colon cancer, representative tells AP.

This is a shock. I didn't even hear he was sick. What a loss.

Very sad and I’ve seen footage of him visiting sick kids in hospital and also talking about 2 kids he met who had terminal cancer. Knowing, as we now do, that he had cancer while he did so is heartbreaking. And when you think also that he got into that amazing physical condition for all 4 of his MCU films after his diagnosis in 2015, I’m just in awe of the man. RIP Mr Boseman.

I had noticed how thin he was in recent pictures, but had no idea he was sick. When you look at the differences between characters like T’Challa and James Brown, and Thurgood Marshall, and how well he played each, you realize how gifted an actor he was.

So young, so much more to do. RIP.

I am so sad! I hate colon cancer. It is the only cancer I fear! It runs in my family and I have lost 3 family members to it! He was so great. I saw the Black Panther movie on my birthday when it first came out. And I was just blown away by him and the movie! What a huge loss...
