People will usually not respond to such a short ad. They like to know what needs to be done, more about the project, is it voluntairy or an actual paying job.

Things like that.

Yeah, post up a description of the work and what the project is about and you'll do better. Payed jobs stand a much better chance too. However, as you're posting here, I would guess that you're going to be looking for someone to work for you for the sheer thrill of it.

Helpful advice. Thanks. My director is working on a shooting script and he will decide what he needs. Then I will post again if I need help. We have located suitable artists but need to negotiate with them.
