In response to a thread in QSF, we discussed changing the order of a few forums.
Categories changed:
-Internal Hails renamed Hailing frequencies.
-Federation Embassy renamed The Promenade
-Trek Nation renamed Internal Hails
Forum order changes:
-Trek Lit moved up to be with the other Trek shows.
-Science & Tech moved into the Engineering group.
-Future of Trek put in the Astrometrics group.
-Websites moved into the Engineering group.
-Think Tank moved down to join BP in the TNZ group.
