It's posted by a random user. Until it's posted by an official CBS/Star Trek account it's just as unofficial and likely is a fan reposting the earlier version.

It's of the same validity as the poster that appeared last week. Made by CBS for sales, but unaffiliated with the production itself. A bit like those old DS9 promos which were nothing but swirly crap and a very 90s logo.
