It will be interesting to see what they do with the episode.

The remastered version was aired last year this time as well.
Now that would have been good. I can't begin to imagine the firestorm that would have ignited.MeanJoePhaser said:
I still wish the skeleton in the dungeon had a tattered, ENTERPRISE era Starfleet uniform on.
That may also be a local-station issue. I remember that there were a number of people experiencing similar problems while ENT was airing -- people in some markets (especially smaller ones) were getting muffled audio or low sound levels while others elsewhere got nice, clean sound.Terra Pryme said:
Was anyone else having problems with the audio? With this and "The Gamesters of Triskelion" the previous week, the actors' voices and soundtrack seem to be very muffled and I have to turn up the volume on my TV to better hear it. They seem to be focusing too much on the visual effects that they're beginning to ignore the sound. Not only should they be remastering the special FX, but they should at least use some advanced digital stereo for these episodes.

I haven't been able to watch it remastered. Every time it's on my local affillate shows infomercials. I don't know if they just don't have the episode or for some reason they just won't show it. Thinking about calling and asking what's up.

Then again, there persist in being television stations owned by people who would refuse to air a program, simply because it contains portrayals of witches or magic to which "decent people" shouldn't be exposed.cooleddie74 said:

Call your station and see if they don't air it after midnight in a late-night slot. They used to air ENTERPRISE reruns and TOS Remastered late on Saturday nights until they found better and more popular time slots in the afternoons. Maybe they hide TOS Remastered in a post-midnight slot in your area because they figure most people aren't going to care anyways.
