In Kill Jackie, which will roll cameras next month, Zeta-Jones is Jackie Price, who has lived a wealthy, luxurious existence for the last 20 years – travelling the world, selling fine art using sophisticated tax loopholes and, above all, trying to stay anonymous after escaping a dangerous past as an international cocaine dealer. But just as life starts to feel a little boring, it takes a sudden lethal turn when she discovers The Seven Demons, a squad of the world’s most terrifying hitmen, have been hired to kill her. Shooting will take place in Bilbao, Lisbon, London and Swansea.

Warner Bros Discovery-owned streaming service HBO Max has agreed a pan-European deal for revenge thriller Kill Jackie, starring Catherine Zeta-Jones.

HBO Max will debut the series in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, France and Belgium next year. The show will also be available on Prime Video in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Canada. As previously announced, AMC has also acquired the US streaming rights.

I liked the subject matter. It will be interesting to watch something other than Zeta-Jones Wednesday.
