We the fans know best, so we should redo the show ourselves! Well that's the idea.

The production team are looking for actors to fill a couple of vacant spots in our cast ensemble

At the moment we need a Torres, a Tuvok, red shirts, and bad guys.

Holdfast you have been cast as the Doctor ok. It is believed that you have the charm and debonaire-ness that the role demands. I have faith that you will pull it off

Anyone who knows flash and has way too much time on his hands, please contact the production team

I see by the VOY forum thread that the Baron has now filled this role, who may I say, will be a much better choice. I will settle for being the human CMO who dies off in the pilot; in a way, symbolic of my relationship with VOY over the course of the series...

Well I am an engineer, so I guess that makes me qualified. But I lack a knowledge of warp field dynamics, forehead ridges, and that second X chromosome.

That's ok SmoothieX. A man could work in that role - Torres was almost a bloke anyway. How do you feel about doing gay sex scenes?

What about other recurring characters? What about neutral aliens and alien dignitaries?

What about Naomi Wildman's mom, who should have been in the show at least as much as her daughter? Even the cast on set had a joke about that, saying, "She doesn't take care of her kid?!"

It was a sad thing that they kept introducing crewmen on Voyager and having them fade away. It was also impractical, because they only can introduce about 150 crewmembers max.
