Car gag gifts for someone turning 15

My sister is turning 15 next month, gets her driving permit and all, what are some good ideas for a birthday present, some kind of funny car gift since she'll be driving for the first time and all?

I thought about buying her a helmet maybe, heh

A few months back, a Hooters restaurant was getting sued because they had a sales contest to win a Toyota, which turned out to be a "Toy Yoda". I still laugh about that one!

Get her a real car. Let her see it. Then go back in the house for some reason, such as a meal or something. While she's inside, arange for someone to take the car away. Let her think it was stolen.
