Cancelled Shows/Movie Events?

Would it be good "business" for networks to give cancelled shows 2 hour movie "events" This would wrap up what is left of a series...be it S1 or S4/5.

Like Terra Nova...Alcatraz...Ringer...just as examples...to my knowledge only Terra Nova is gone but the others plus so many more are to follow.

I vote YES. leaving shows hanging is ridiculous when you can give them closure. ;)
 
Well most shows don't know if they are ending and giving them the chance would be nice...but business isn't nice. :(

Yep. That's the reality. While it might be nice, most likely you're cancelling a show because it's losing money.

And consider: once a show is cancelled all the actors and staff go off and find new shows to work on. If you want them all back, it just might cost more. Why spend money on a loser?

This is why TV fanatics shouldn't be in charge of networks. They would go bankrupt.
