This is for a bit of fun. a bit ago i experimented with writing fanfic-like twitter posts related to Trek. The challege: Write a twitter length fanfic and post it here. Ex. "Kirk and crew end up in 2016. Spock becomes addicted to appletinis. Sulu flips off Trump.They don’t stay long." or "Wesley Crusher ascends to another plain of existence. He bumps into the Ancients.They send him back to try again, with style."

"Do you mind," he said sheepishly, "stripping down naked and doing a fan dance to distract the guards, outside Paradise City?" Uhura began to laugh, but could see he was deathly serious. "'Get naked,' he says. OK -- let's start over. I've got a better idea: can't you just, like ... throw a rock, or something?" Kirk shook his head and assured her, ".... don't worry, we'll be right by your feet, directly under you, when we take them by surprise."
