I remember back in the day about ten years ago seeing a show on tv that was much like a Grammy awards program except awarded star trek actors only. Can anyone remember what that show was called?

Sounds like the 30th Anniversay gala presentation. Did they have Kenny G playing in it, and Ben Stiller, Ted Danson and some other actors doing tributes? If so, that's what it was!

That does sound like that could be it. I do remember one thing about it - William Shatner doing a farewell speech at the end of it with every star trek actor onstage...
