Hi friends!
So I'm plunging (feet first though) into eCommerce web development and maintenance, and my tiny company which I am a part of was sold on using a technology run by a company called Business Catalyst, a system now owned by adobe. Has anyo ne heard of it before? Would it be better to be independant of any system? The advantages that I gather of using it is that content management (including a WYSIWYG editor) is included but we also risk losing our google placement due to the possibility of being redirected.
Has anyone heard of using BC or using a similar system for eCommerce, and is it a good idea?
