Michael's ex-fiancé seeks the spy's help in freeing her son, who was kidnapped by a disillusioned ex-spy named Brennen. Guest starring Dina Meyer and Michael Shanks.

Whoa. Lots of stuff going on -- like Dina Meyer taking off her clothes! :)

The bad news is, next week is the season finale. The good news is, season three starts soon! :p

Great episode that gives much more background into Michael. Mostly all we had known was that he had spent years as an operative and dated Fiona.

I like the fact that this season has featured less "con jobs" by Michael and more simple "smash and grab".

I like how Michael summarized his relationships with Samantha and Fiona.

With Samantha it was always easy.

With Fiona it was never easy.

There is a subtext to this. Michael indicated that he and Samantha were "on the same side" in the spy game.

There are numerous indications that Michael and Fiona were actually on opposing sides many times.

^Yeah, the Michael/Fiona moment was nice. He actually admitted that he loved Fiona--at least in the past. (Awwwww)

I like that they are breaking out of the formula a little bit more.

Michael Shanks makes a surprisingly good bad guy. And he is really buff! He looks like a football player next to Jeffrey Donovan.
I love the way they play off each other.

The tazer in the camera was a nice touch, but I thought the security guard would've noticed the little prongs sticking out of it.

I can't wait to see the next episode!

Loved seeing Dutch (from Shield) in there as a bad guy. I also like his back and for with Shanks too, I hope he gets involved more in the future, it's an interesting dynamic for Westen to have another ally in Miami, especially one that knows him so well, I think they could go some interesting places with that.
