Buffy Seasons 5, 6, and 7 combined

What if most of the Big Bads of Seasons 5, 6, and 7 were all combined in Season 5?

It would go like this: the Trio is working for Glory who promises them fame, glory, and girls if they do certain favors for her like research for her to use for her plans. Glory is being manipulated by the First Evil into opening the gateway back into her dimension knowing the destruction it would cause in its wake. The First Evil was awoken after the Master’s death. The Master being stuck underground somehow kept the First Evil from awakening. But when the First tried to step foot outside of Sunnydale, something kept it from leaving town and that is its connection to the Hellmouth. As long as the Hellmouth exist, the First can’t free to live life outside of Sunnydale. So for years, the First has been plotting for a way to secure its freedom which eventually came in the form of Glory.

I could buy the Trio being Glory's henchmen but I think throwing the First in as well would just be too much. Unless it was just a very minor background appearance.

One never knows how much WR&H, the First etc has been manipulating anyone. But frankly it's for the fanfic to explore

Agreed, S7 in the mix is far too much.

S5 and 6 could have been one season. In fact, Tara dying and Willow going crazy was actually supposed to happen in S5 originally.

No, one of the things I loved about S6 was that all the villains were human, and that the Trio were just ordinary nerds with issues, without any link to any supernatural beings.

Why would Glory employ the Troika in the first place though? I suppose I could see Ben accidentally meeting all of them and then that is how they are recruited by Glory. I don't like the idea of The First manipulating Glory at all. The thing about the Troika is that Warren was really using his own charisma and personality manipulating the lesser two personalities in Andrew and Jonathon. I suppose that Glory could have used Andrew for his demon summoning abilities and maybe Jonathon for his spell prowess but I really can't see her finding much use for them. She'd consider them incompetent and dump them out of frustration.
