Britney's newest controversey.

You know, I couldn't stand Britney before either, but when alot of facts
came out about her situation and she turned her shit around and was
able to put out this newest at least halfway decent album I came to
respect her and even enjoy this album.

And how the F U C K is this a controversy? My mother and I figured this
out long ago, thought it was funny and continued listening to the song.

She spells "Fuck me" Woopidee F U C Kin doo.

well her audience is kids. if they fine her it wont matter she's got money
i think she has no values and i feel sorry for her kids

Well that's your problem, you don't know her personaly. Most people who judge rarely do.

As for her audience, if someone is actually letting their kids listen to Britney thinking
it's appropriate for them, then that's also their problem. Not hers.
The content of her music has never been for kids so the fact that that's her audience
is the parents faults.

though she's changed her demographic teens are still gonna buy it. the song is worthless fourth grade shit and the record company should be ashamed of themselves. I'm against censorship but that doesnt mean this crap should be placed on albums after i see all the hard work bands put in to get signed

Well that's your opinion. Thankfully it counts for nothing when it comes to
what music does and doesn't get made. I enjoyed the album, as did my mother.

She bought it for herself, not her three kids.

Britneys demo never changed, never has the content of her music been
for kids, they've just always listened to it.

And again, if a parent buys or is allowing their kids to buy it then they are
the ones responsible for it. Not Britney, anything beyond that is censorship
and regardless of personal feelings on quality, quality is not basis for censoring.

I applaud Britney and her new direction in her carreer and wish her the best
since getting through some things. I'm not a huge fan of pop music but it's
definitely a good effort of an album. :)

Jolan Tru.

Really, it's a pretty shitty song. I never would have heard it until you posted about it in this thread. Listened to it, and although I think it's shitty, I also think the "If You Seek-Amy" is pretty clever.

Never would've known if you hadn't of brought it up, though.

:says it out loud:

Heh.

Ok, that IS clever.

Song sucks but the wordplay is interesting. I've always thought putting little hidden messages in music was fun.

The song isn't that great but the word usage is funny. My mom and sister and I had a laugh over it in the car the other day.
