Well I finally went on that "date" I mentioned. The girl who worked at the front gate of the army base I work at, who I asked if she wanted to go walking is married. The wedding ring and the guy who kepth opening the door should have been first clue, but she did want to walk so I thought maybe he was just a brother or something.

Anyways we went walking and she told me. I didn't angry or anything but I was disapointed. I thought I might finally have meet a girl whom I could bless them with my great sex I know i am capable of if I ever get laid. We are going to go walking tomororow as well. I think she just wants to be friends, which is nice but not what I was hoping for.

There goes my "I've just got laid" thread and my "Let's make fun of the virgins" threads I had planned on using, later this week. Now I am going to have to store them for future use, asuming I can ever use them at all.

Possibly but I might still need them. I could have sex anyday now. You never know when a random sexy and horny girl might show up at your door, wanting to make love with a nerd and any nerd will do. Oviously she would know I am a nerd by watching me go walking. Sometimes I read Trek books when I walk or I take a small tv and watch stuff. I haven't seen that from my own experiences and from others'. One night stands are a different beast, obviously. Personally, if I'm dating someone I don't want to jump in bed with 'em right away, I'd rather get to know them first. If it's a one night stand and I'll never see the person again then I don't give a shit.

The catch-22 for me has always been that "easy" girls don't interest me. Dunno why.....

In fact, the more likely I think it is that a girl might be "waiting" as I am, the more interesting I find her. Yet the natural extension of that idea is that it would be arrogant to expect I'm the one she's waiting for; so how can I approach her on that basis? It gets all twisted up in my head. Seriously annoying.

Sometimes I wish I saw the matter in the stereotypical "guy" manner. But I don't, and probably never will.

Of course, it's all academic until I meet someone I'm really attracted to again. That seems to happen once every few years.

The sluttiest girls in the world still turn guys down, and some of the most conservative and defensive ones will hop right into bed for the right guy at the right moment. This whole 'easy' thing is a sham. I have a friend who is a very talented 'pick-up artist' and there are girls Ive seen him 'seduce' that I would have sworn would never go for him, or really anyone that wasn't 'husband material' for that matter. For most* women it is just about getting the right signals at the right time and not having anything in particular making them want to stop.

Stop thinking about sex as if it changes you, or her, to have had it and to enjoy it. And stop thinking that if she doesn't have to be pursued and convinced that she isn't as worthy.
