Hi folks, here is another update. Today i noticed that my runabout shuttle is way to big for the Voyager shuttlebay. Therefore i did some modifications and build a smaller version. How do you like it. I will keep both versions. The smaller version now fits perfectly through the shuttlebay gate.

It looks nice, though I'm slightly puzzled -- I know one of the long-running complaints was that the Delta Flyer was too big for Voyager's shuttlebay, but your runabout actually looks bigger than the Delta Flyer.

very good, thats true and im aware of the issues from the show. The fix is actually easy my shuttlebay gate is a little bit bigger than the one from the show. The big runabout is not going to enter the shuttlebay but the small one fits perfectly now.
