Tonight at 10 pm

Shirley and Carl represent Renee Winger (Missi Pyle) who wants to sue the Catholic church when they won't ordain her as a priest. When Dana is arrested for prostitution, she asks for Jerry's help, but Jerry and Katie face difficulty when the DA wants to flip Dana for her boss, Lorraine. Denny is approached by George Cruickshank (George Segal) on behalf of several high ranking politicos who want him to run as a last minute Presidential candidate.

Looks like Jerry's ex is back tonight.

I thought it was Good.

As an RC I was intrigued by the Priest wanna-be plot.

And Denny??? What can I say, I figured it had to turn out that way, butit was well played for discomfort for a bit.

Good show. Looking forward to seeing next season.

Good episode.

Denny is still the man. Mad cow or not he wasn't going to get owned by a small time trickster. The presidential interview portion had me laugh pretty hard.

Unlike most episodes Karl was actually competent tonight.

The only missing is the usual long-winded melodramatic closing from Allan Shore.

Average. I wasn't crazy about this. None of the stories were all that interesting although Denny had a few good gags. I didn't even find the balcony scene to be that good which is odd given that they usually are.

Yeah, I would agree. Both of the main cases could have been handled better. I think the merits of those cases got short-changed tonight, and I'm not a fan of pranking Denny the way it was done.

I felt like they were phoning it in tonight. They've gotten entirely too caught up with overly quirky characters at the cost of any semblance of plot.

Bingo. At one point last night my wife and I looked at each other and both commented that this episode was one of their weaker ones. Trying to play out three stories at the same time and all three came off as "hollow" and shallow.

Jerry's argument before the court, challenging the law against prostitution, had me in stitches.

Prosecutor: "Your honor, he's talking in circles!"

Jerry: "...and it will help support our troops. TRUMP CARD! I said it!" :guffaw:

Really? I thought this was the best they've used Jerry since the beginning of the season.

The storyline with Missy Pyle was pretty weak, but overall I liked it.

Nice to see Gina Torres, too. :)

BigDaddy,

We thought that he was already gone. You mean David E. Kelley kept someone around longer than a week?

Why do people not like Jerry, is it because of his disease ??? if thats the fact then shame on you all.

Jerry and the rest of the cast are amazing...Loved Denny getting his own back :bolian:

Good one.

I liked him before he was a main character. I even liked him when he grew a little and moved on from his past (trying to kill someone). Yet recently I feel the same as StarTrekWatcher, he is just a one note "wonder" and they don't know what else to use him for. I much rather see the cross dresser and ditch Hands.

^ Glad you like it. Sad that it's true though.

He doesn't bother me that much, but he's starting to.
