Borgs Who Used to Be Klingons

I am finishing up season 6, watching the first half of Unimatrix Zero. In this episode there is a Klingon. Because of the nature of the episode, the Klingon is in his usual warrior outfit. He also uses his bat'leth to kick some Borg butt.

But then I was thinking, are there any episodes in any Star Trek where there is a Borg, a functioning Borg with wires and nodes and scary twisty pliers/drills hands, that is a Klingon underneath?

I cannot think of any off of the top of my head. Most of the Borg that are incorporated (ha, a pun!) into stories have greyish skin with nanoprobe veins and are bald. I don't recall any with Klingon ridges.

Pretty sure there's a Klingon or two (or at least some bumpy-headed guys) in "First Contact."

I'm thinking in one of the Voyager Borg episodes, there was clearly a Klingon Borg.

There was an old novel which featured a Ferengi Borg. I'd love to have seen that on-screen!
