Book exchange?

I constantly see Trek paperbacks at the local Goodwills. (We've got seven within a five mile radius.) Should I be picking these up? Any interest from forum members?

Given this is an international board and members all across the world, how would the work?

Books are placed (in bubble wraps) in a box, box is sealed with heavy gauge tape, box then gets shipped to destination. Seems simple enough.

I'm no stranger to International swapping/business. Also, I don't necessarily require books in exchange, especially where foreign folks are concerned -- local foodstuffs are always something that catch my attention, rather we're talking about musk sticks from Oz, tinned fish from Spain, or candy & crisps from Sweden. ;)
I'm a sucker for sea proteins/fishy stuff! (Disregard the slip of paper, an old in-joke.)

A bit of context: I'm more or less putting the offer out there for folks that might not have such easy access to these books. As example, I used to know a dude in Nederland several years ago that would always request specific (American) snacks & Terry Pratchett paperbacks, both of which he had a hard time obtaining locally for a fair price. When I first told him that the Goodwills and fleas around here were loaded with Pratchett stuff, he was in a state of disbelief, heh.
It wasn't the first time I'd experienced a stark contrast in market availability, far from it. Many of my friends overseas tell me that they simply haven't got access to the glut of 'second hand' goodies that we enjoy (take for granted?) over here. One of my buddies in the UK is constantly busting my balls whenever I mention video game/toy finds, ha, forever reminding me that his "charity shops only have shit! Old lady clothes and broken toasters!"
It all boils down to one hand washing the other. :)
