Blueprint Artist Shane Johnson Needs Help

If any of you have the TMP-era book Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise, you're aware of Shane Johnson. He also produced a nice set of Jupiter 2 blueprints and other things. I just learned (from an internet posting by sci-fi artist Ron Gross) that Shane transitioned to a woman a few years ago and is now Lora Johnson.

And that's the least of it. Lora is in serious medical trouble and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't find a posting on the bbs, so apologies if it's already been discussed. I never met Shane/Lora, but I feel like this is someone I know. This is someone from the fan community who made a real contribution.
