Blackhawk Down

I wasn't sure where to put this but since my post is about science fiction and fantasy franchises, I put it here.

I've got Blackhawk Down on and noticed in the past that Blackhawk Down has a few TV/movie franchises represented:

Star Wars: Ewan McGregor
Star Trek: Tom Hardy and Eric Bana
Lord of the Rings: Orlando Bloom
Harry Potter: Jason Isaacs

Also, Jeremy Piven did an episode of the most recent iteration of Twilight Zone.

There could be more.

Just messing with you, but it is truly amazing the number of genre actors who turn up in "straight" movies.

The Pirate Katanga from Raiders is George Harris, he's in this movie. And dude, Glenn Morshower has been in 3 star trek series, and Generations. I remember him best as the 'bye bye hathaway' guy from Peak Performance, and of course in 'North Star' as the Sheriff.

Great cast, excellent soundtrack, superb film. One of my all time favs.
