Sir Roger Penrose also claims that another universe will exist after this one.

First off this comment is totally, not even wrong.

Our Universe will never die out. There are trillions of galaxies out there with even ten times a trillion solar systems with rocky worlds, gas giants and ice planets. What makes our Universe exponential our Super Nova. When a star becomes a Super Nova, it sheds it gas and metallic elements in all directions. When the kinetic wave along with the thermal wave strikes other planets, those planets may or may not be obliterated but would slowly form into circumstellar dust rings around newly or odd stars that causes environmental changes in each of the planets in solar system. Thus, metallic and chemical elements from the Super Nova mix with rocky and ice worlds to create life a new.

Sir Roger argues that the existence of unexplained spots of electromagnetic radiation in the sky – known as ‘Hawking Points’ – are remnants of a previous universe.

Such spots would be determined to be the "belly button" where the umbilical cord of the Universe on the other side of the Big Bang entered into our Universe from. There would had to have been multiple puts of entry from Beyond the Void that sent energy into different directions. If four energy pools were sent into our Universe with different spins and they encountered each, each spin of the energy pool would effect upon and be effected upon by the other as gravity and mass slowly took shape.

If all of the energy came out of the same "belly button" then the energy would never expand or inflate to create the football shape of our Universe but would instead look more like a cone, where the leading energy pools created a pulling force on the energy behind and so forth.

I suggest sending a four ship fleet full of First Year Cadets to investigate this anomaly. Murphy's Law in this case is inverted and would be "All that can go correct, would be correct."
