Hi guys,
After a couple month's absence I've written short synopses of David Gerrold's "The Fuzzies and "The Protracted Man." Find them by following the first link in my sig. Now I know he published the full outlines, and to be honest, I thought about not fooling with reviewing his stuff, but the book is long out of print, so for those interested, I've boiled 'em down to the basics.
I am really excited to announce that I've reviewed "One Way Street," a 1953 short story by Jerome Bixby. In a 1991 "Starlog" interview, Bixby stated that this story was his initial inspiration to write "Mirror, Mirror." I found it years later in a battered old paperback collection of his called Space By The Tale (1964).
Fascinating to see the one or two elements that did make it from the story to the screen.
The "One Way Street" synopsis can be found under the second link ("Origins") in my sig.
All new material, strangely enough, is marked in big red letters: NEW.
Hope you enjoy.
Sir Rhosis
