Does bio-neural circuitry use software produced by Microbesoft?

No, it's from Apple. They use ACTUAL apple biomatter in the hardware - the gelpacks are filled with applesauce, the connecting fluid links are cider and juice (depending on the data being transferred), and the circuit interfaces are actual apple seeds. I mean, duh.
