Billy Connolly: Journey to the Edge of the World

Bob The Skutter

Complete Arse Cleft
In Memoriam
Just a heads up for anyone who enjoyed Billy Connolly previous documentaries, his latest series starts tonight on ITV1/HD at 9.

New series. The comedian sets off on a journey through the remote regions of Canada, travelling by boat, motorbike, aeroplane and car from the Atlantic to the Pacific by way of the Northwest Passage. On the first leg of his trip, he visits Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, taking in the Titanic graveyard, a Highland Games and whale-spotting on his way to stay at a lighthouse

I would say me too, but between No Heroics, Pushing Daisies, Dexter, and Demons, plus the upcoming Primeval and Moving Wallpaper, ITV have had more for me to watch than any time in about 15 years.

*sob* You've changed, man...you've changed...

YOU'RE NOT WHO I THOUGHT YOU WERE!

I'll be watching this when it comes here. He did New Zealand although it wasn't as good as it could've been. Plus he did sod all on Dunedin, my hometown and - surprisingly - because it's the only major Scottish city in New Zealand.

I miss the stand up sections from his World Tour of ... shows. I didn't think it was as entertaining as his previous programmes, but it was worth watching. I watched in HD but I didn't think it looked as good as comparable programmes on BBC HD.

Is anyone actually watching it still, cos it looks like there was little to no interest last week.
I'm watching it right now, young Bobbington!
Me too.

This sounds very interesting. How many episodes does it run?
Four hour-long episodes.[/quote]
Beat me to it, my sodding computer is playing up... randomly pretending that I'm offline, when there's no problem with my internet connection/
