Actually, I'm really picky about the Cybermen. In my opinion, we haven't had a great Cyberman story since The Invasion (unless you count Big Finish, then Spare Parts).

Assuming logic and reason plays a part in a Doctor Who episode (ha!) I'd say that Centurion Rory is actually real Rory simply in his fancy dress, but deliberately so as to confuse the Cybermen into thinking he's still an Auton from the Alliance last season? Maybe?

the cybermen and centurion Rory are in the mid season finale. Moff refers to Rory as 'the lone centurion' in his blurb about the episode in the RT. it also features River. Eps 4 and 5 are described as being about an alien shapeshifter and a trade dispute. "yes, it's The Thing meets Made in Dagenham!"
