I'm sure I can find a 'Dr. McCoy' or 'Lt. Uhura' or 'Mr. Spock' in the Kelvin Universe films (and even the 'other' timeline films') where Kirk is more formal (or pseudo-formal, like when he's working up to a joke) when talking to his officers.

Off the top of my head, I recall Shatner Kirk calling Scotty 'Mr. Scott' several times at the end of "Trouble w/Tribbles" when he (Kirk) is trying to get an idea where the tribbles of the title were beamed to.

He went to the academy with those three, unlike Scott, so I suppose there is a greater degree of familiarity there.

Still, McCoy was his friend at the Academy going back to when they were first on the shuttle transporting them there, Uhura he continuously tried to score with starting that night before he signed onto the Academy when he was at the bar getting drunk, and an older Spock from another timeline is telling Kirk to be BFF with Spock. Scotty is just the guy who works in engineering.

Still, he's a little more than that. In STID for example he got clandestinely on the Admiral's ship and betrayed the Admiral for Kirk's sake. That's got to count for something.
