Picard is about 30 years older than the rest of the cast.

The only one that might have an age close to him is Jack Crusher.

He was 59 at the start of TNG, the oldest next to him was only like 34 or so. Riker was only 29, before that beard aged him a full decade.

In this time period he'd be 35-40 the exact age he is now.

Dorn would play either as a colonel worf continuation or as mogue. Spiner of course would be the perfect age to play Doctor soong.
