I believe he finally got with Beverly Crusher.

Gee...its about time. I use to wonder about his sexual preference. Nothing wrong with him being gay, or bi, or whatever. But all those years with Bev practically humping his leg, and he never gave her what she wanted so badly?? SOME LOVIN!!!! some SEXUAL HEALING???

In The Inner Light, we got to see Picard as a parent. He seemed to be the type of doting father who was crazy about his own children, and often behaved like one of the kids himself. His wife mentioned about how he would go trapsing off with his daughter into the hills.

I know many people - myself included - who are uncomfortable with other people's kids, but are crazy about their own.
