Best Dr. Crusher novels?

KRAD said:
^ They had Judy and Gar and the Okudas. They didn't need me.
Erm...yeah, I think they did. Earlier than season four, perhaps back in the preproduction stage.

Anyways, there aren't really any more Crusher stories than those already mentioned by KRADipedia, unless you want to read Picard/Crusher shipper' fanfic, but that's a whole 'nother forum

So? The focus of each story changes. The Enterprise only factors in two other books and both of those were in a minor degree.

Well, if we can go pimping ourselves like that .... ;)

I've always enjoyed writing Crusher, and not to take away from the aforementioned works but I think Dayton and I gave her some pretty good play in A Time to Sow and A Time to Harvest. She's on the cover of Harvest at our request because of what we thought was her decent-sized role in the story. Her first scene in Sow even was a nominee for Best Scene in the 2004 Psi Phi Awards. And shucks, I've always been pretty proud of that. :)

And yes, we put the good doctor (as well as Tasha Yar) center-stage in "Acts of Compassion," as Keith so kindly noted. Thanks, sir!

Not trying to be an attention whore or anything (well, maybe I am), but I'd certainly put those on any list for someone looking for a little slice of Beverly in their reading.

^That's the one thing that has impressed me with the A Time To books I've read so far (I skipped the first two and I am on Heal right now), they've all done a pretty good job giving all of the characters something to do.

My apologies, Kevin -- it's been long enough that I couldn't remember everything in the A Time to... miniseries well enough to recall properly. I knew there was Crusher stuff in Bob's story because of the ethical issues, and I remembered Crusher's stuff in Heal, but I plum forgot the play she got in yours and Daytons. Mea culpa.

^ No apologies necessary, good sir. But as long as your passing them out, there was that incident in the Shore Leave bar in '05 -- the one that still has me sitting funny. How you could mistake my aft quarters for Greenberger's I'll never know. Whoohoo!
