Just discovered this series from BBC Three...

I was completely and utterly floored by the quality of the writing and acting.
(Russell Tovey is my new favorite actor!)

It's coming to BBC America, and been greenlit for a second series.

Great show, which kinda faltered at the start, because everyone seemed to love the (now unofficial) pilot, and the first couple of episodes seemed a lot weaker. But the more episodes I saw, the more I loved it.
One of the best, who am I kidding, The best shows BBC Three has ever done.

Believe me, all perfectly understandable. Either forum is fine, and if we have discussions in both, well as you pointed out the subject really can fit in both. No problem whatsoever, Bob.

Dunno, they did say it might be an extra, but it wasn't ever going to be shown again. Don't understand it. I did notice some of the music has been changed though, guess royalties came in a some stage.

It's Episode 1 though, not the Pilot, because it has that scene with the pizza delivery guy near the beginning (which I love!).
But there was apparently some last-minute tweaks to the dialogue on the day, because there are a few bits of info I find very helpful that weren't onscreen, like why Mitchell can eat human food instead of blood.
See, cuz, I always thought vampire metabolism couldn't process anything else.
Maybe there'll be something that explains why these vamps can go out in the daylight further in.
