In this clip from an episode of Entertainment Tonight, broadcast in 2002 (promoting Nemesis) they take a look back at the other Trek films and low and behold around the 13:28 mark there is some cool behind the scenes footage from the filming of TWOK with Montalban on the Reliant bridge and few quick interview bites.
Brief as it is, I have never seen any of this material before but it's fun to see. Entertainment Tonight must have archives filled with this stuff over the years -- a pipe dream would be to see it all put on DVD.
