    Special guests in the five part series are Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who, The Thick Of It, Skins), who plays the role of Mr Frobisher – a civil servant who is hiding a terrible secret;

    Because it's not a real name or anything. :rolleyes:

    I suspect that much like calling the new girl in TSJA Rani, it's RTD having a laugh.

    I remember the first time I was rummaging through a second hand bookshop and discovered the novel Frobisher of the North.

    Laughed my ass off.

    I remember the first time I discovered someone had been stoned enough to create a f***ing penguin for a companion. I died a little inside that day... :angel:

    Nope - don't get it.

    You mean he is the butler of Audrey Forbes-Hamilton from The Manor Born?

    "Frobisher" was a changeling who traveled with the 6th doctor in the Doctor Who Magazine cartoons who spent most of his time conducting their adventures using the shape of an Emperor Penguin. He's also had a couple charming Audio adventures, although I've only heard one of them

    That sounds rather good. Annoyingly I'm university then so hopefully they'll either repeat it or, better still, put in on the s3 DVD.

    Expose? They were hiding?

    Jack is always screaming about his torchwood clearance and that old bag lady from season two's first episode, really really made it clear that these people are the worst kept secret since Paris Hilton's beaver.

    It's not very difficult to uunderstand. To people like the Police and the Regular Army Torchwood is known as some sort of branch of the Intelligence (no jokes please) Services. It's what they actually do that's the secret.
