Battlestar Galactica sub-forum gone?

Well, that's disturbing. There's still conventions for the series - all of them - as an ongoing thing...

Conventions notwithstanding, respectfully there are three threads in there that have been posted in since the beginning of October, 9 threads in the last 2 months. In my opinion, I don't think that level of traffic warrants its own forum.

The old Star Wars subforum faded away a while back too... these things evolve over time.

Thing is, we had a Star Wars forum years ago. It didn't last long. But, I suppose with the Abrams movie over the horizon popularity may spike.

A comic book forum usually has the most demand. Although if you roll in movies, television, and comics (as I think you should), I wonder what will be in the main forum these days.

Yeah how would a comic book forum work?

I like comic book movies, don't really watch the shows and don't give a damn about the books.

My vote would go for a "super-heroes" forum, dealing with them in whatever media. Star Wars is also a good choice, it's set to generate more regular chatter in the foreseeable future...and there's room for two....

Then you would post in the threads about the movies while not reading the threads about the other things. It's a whole forum, after all. I suspect the movies would be most of the posts anyway (maybe a thread for Arrow, a thread for Agents of Shield, but I'm not sure anything else right now). There's very little traffic for comic books right now, but I suspect a forum would encourage a thread or two for those interested.

Really, the biggest reason not to is the bitch fights that would break out when something is inevitably posted in the wrong forum because people didn't know it was a comic first. I'm thinking of examples like posting a thread for the movie V for Vendetta in SFF and people yell at that person.
