During the Wonder Woman 75th Anniversary panel DC announced that they will be releasing a digital-first Batman '66 Meets Wonder Woman '77 comic crossover miniseries.
The miniseries will be co-written by the writers of the characters' solo series, Jeff Parker from Batman '66 and Marc Andreyko from WW'77, and art will be from David Hahn and Karl Kessel.
Here's the description:
BATMAN ’66 MEETS WONDER WOMAN ’77 #1

What mysteries are hidden in the book Ra’s al Ghul just hired Catwoman to steal? And why does this caper lead Batman down memory lane—to his childhood fight against actual Nazis?! Witness his first encounter with one of the greatest heroes the world has ever known: Wonder Woman!

Rated E for Everyone

Writers: Jeff Parker and Marc Andreyko Artists: David Hahn and Karl Kesel Cover Artist: Michael Allred Variant Cover: Alex Ross
I believe this will be the first time we've seen DC characters who originated in live action shows before Arrow and The Flash team up.
EDIT: I found a quote about the series from CBR's article about the WW75 panel
“It’s six issues, the first two issues take place in 1944 with a 12-year-old Bruce Wayne, the second two take place in ’66, the final two in ’77,” Andreyko said. “We’re introducing a villain who’s never been used on either of the shows but is super-famous in the comic books.”

I was tempted to mention Filmation's Shazam and Isis, who crossed over more than once on their shows, but Isis was an original Filmation creation, not added to DC lore until decades later. And there were the two Hanna-Barbera Legends of the Superheroes specials featuring live-action DC characters, but the only ones there who'd been seen in pre-existing works were Adam West, Burt Ward, and Frank Gorshin. I'm not sure that would fit your parameters.
