Bashir vs Khan

I am not sure if this has been asked before, so if it had..excuse the repeat. But who would win in an UTIMATE FIGHT between Khan/Bashir; to the death?

I went with Khan. Though both might be equally as strong as each other. Bashir has too much of a conscience. Khan would have no trouble killing someone.

Seriously though, was it even explicitly mentioned or shown that Bashir has enhanced strength? I can only remember improved intelligence and better hand-eye coordination/reflexes. Bashir wasn't like the augments from the Eugenics Wars. There were fairly specific modifications done with him. Khan could bend solid metal with his bare hands IIRC... could Bashir do this as well?

Kahn would offer Bashir a chance to join him, knowing that Bashir would never agree. Bashir would then agree, surprising Khan, and Bashir himself would launch the Genesis device at Earth before Kahn could stop him. Then Khan, totally taken aback by the genocide that Bashir just perpretarated, would unintentionally leave himself vulnerable to a quick phaser shot.

I thought that as well I mean just because he's a augmented human DOSENT mean he is going to have super-human strengh! By the way this was one of my top 5 faverite DS9 episodes.

It's exactly how he defeated Dr. Noah in Our Man Bashir, excepting the phaser shot and with a different Doomsday device. It's a trick that he's unlikely to forget.

"Take Me Out to the Holosuite". Sisko mentions that Vulcans are stronger and faster than the Niners, "except for Mr. Worf and our genetically engineered doctor."

It doesn't mean he could win an arm wrestling match with Data, but he wouldn't have much trouble with Sisko.

In the way he was depicted (particularly in "Space Seed"), Khan could do well in a arm wrestling match with Data.

The choice is way too easy. Bashir may be genetically enhanced, but he's still a wuss. Don't get me wrong, I love Bashir and he is one of my favourite DS9 characters, but this is a fact. He even hurt himself just punching someone in "Trials and Tribble-Ations". Khan, on the other hand, totally kicks ass and took out a lot of people on the Enterprise. You know who I'd like to see Khan take on? The genetically enhanced super soldier "Danar" from "The Hunted", who, like Khan, overpowered every security officer the Enterprise could throw at him - including Worf!

Khan wins hands down in a physical fight. Bashir might have a chance if it has something to do with book smarts.

But couldn't that just be because of better hand-eye coordination? I don't think that that sort of handicap has to be due to increased strength.
