Brilliant parody of the current trend in asshole TV leads...or quickly canceled rip off of House and Monk.

I'm not sure. Thoughts?

I like Rainn Wilson but I think The Mentalist is a better comparison than Monk.

It's hard to tell the quality of a series by the promos. It looks terrible, but you never know. I'm rooting for Dwight here.

You could be right that the mentalist is a more apt comparison. I used monk because some of the aspects of the promo make it look like it's the 'nerdy detective who would never actually be allowed near a police force" trope
