Baby Groot and Pickle Rick...

I've never, ever heard of Baby Groot and Pickle Rick. It sounds like a trendy salad recipe.

I don't think you need to worry about that one. I had no idea what a Rick nor a Morty were before getting into home 3d printing, much less a Pickle Rick. Grrr...What has been seen cannot be unseen.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Rick’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick’s existential catchphrase “Wubba Lubba Dub Dub,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon’s genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

Wow. Color me impressed. Congratulations.

Apologies for not watching much TV and not knowing a single goddamn thing about the show nor ever having seen it, nor videos of it, nor even ever heard any of the characters' voices.

I truly am an idiot, aren't I?

Sorry for coming across like that, but it's kind how you presented it.

 I didn't write it, actually. It was just the perfect opportunity to post the most ridiculous copypasta of all time.

Ah, gotcha. Had no idea.

Honestly, it may be an extremely impressive show, I've just never seen it. What's extremely NOT impressive is all the people with 3d printers that have no idea what to do with them other than everyone print the same damn things over and over and over again, including Pickle Ricks, Baby Groots, and now freakin' Porgs and they have no idea how to create a cube in 3d software much less anything useful they could print with their technological wonders.

I'm old enough to remember the Basic program Print Shop on old Apple II computers, I get that this shit has been going on for a long, long time. :/

Thank you for explaining, I was about to say that I'd just met one of the most pretentious people ever! LOL.

They are also the subject of extensive memery:

I think with some size adjustments we could 2d photoshop(as a verb but using gimp) put their heads on humans so as to perfect the art of human aliens and also keep their language just caption it in like the discovery Klingons talking is,.. but also do a 3D printable bobble head that can be transferred between other 3D printed products....
