Awkward Family Photos

OK, there went a productive fifteen minutes looking through the holiday photos category. Guess I'll get a sandwich, and call it lunch while looking at the vacation photos.

Just a little backstory to that Trek family picture.
-- The two brothers got into a knock-down-drag-out fight over the size of the Enterprise in ST09.
-- Mom withheld sex from Dad for two weeks because Dad didn't think Simon Pegg was that good as Scotty.
-- Half the family liked Enterprise, half didn't. They've decided it's best to just not talk about it.

I'd like to think that was a Halloween picture, but it is still an awkward photo. There's a cringe factor to it. I mean, at least strike more appropriate poses. Get into character. Think of the dignity of the uniform, folks.
