Wow, only 8 entries this week. I would have thought that there would be a lot with Time Lords.

Timelords mostly only factor into the classic series. Contests revolving around the classic series never get too many avatars because several of the regular contributors have only seen the new series.

I had some ideas revolving around Rassilon, but never found time at my regular PC to make one. I'm surprised nobody went with him either.
