Available on VHS but not DVD

The first movie I saw in a theater with tits and ass was a 1968 film, Three In The Attic. It is incredibly tame compared to modern movies but when I saw it as a 16 year old, it was a turn on. But then, a ripe melon can be a turn on to a teenager.

Three In The Attic has never come out on DVD. I spent too much money, maybe $30, buying it on VHS about a year ago. I found it on Ebay. I had to have it. I should have kept my teenage boner memories unaffected by reality. Watching Three In The Attic now, it really isn't very good.

I was reading about this movie, INCHON I think it was called, it was one of the greatest box office bombs of all time, a vast expensive Korean War movie financed by the Moonie Cult. Apparently you can get it on VHS but I think the used price was pretty high.

I still use my VCR to watch all my old MST3K tapes. Some were released on DVD but some the rights got lost so just VCR.

Of course I still have my VCR, though, I admit, I haven't used it in some time. I still need to buy a better converter thing so put my VHS into my computer so I can stick the stuff on dvd.

DVDXpress DX2. I paid $45 for it, and it copies VHS to DVD in very high quality. It takes little CPU power because all of the necessary equipment is on the hardware itself, the software is easy to use, and it's just all around awesome.

When I heard a few years back that "Yankee Doodle Dandy" was finally coming to DVD I couldn't wait to run out to get it, then I found out it was the Black & white version :(. Why?
Because it's a black and white movie?

The big classic is The African Queen.
In addition to that, I would also like to see Disney release the original Incredible Journey, the one where the animals didn't talk. I loved that movie as a kid.

Also a little Canadian film called Dreamspeaker.

Another one I'd like to see Our Gang/Little Rascals but it is too un-PC I guess. I grew up on those and would like to have nice quality episodes. I have some from a grey market set but I'd like to have a nice complete collector's edition.

Speaking of un-PC, Song of the South would be nice as well, I picked up a decent laserdisc rip for my stepfather but a real release would be great. Zip a dee doo dah....

One of these days they'll release Max Headroom as well, I think that was at least partially released on VHS at one point.

picket fences Season 2+
Max Headroom
the 70's gatchamen "G-force" dub
U. S. Space Marines cartoon (the villans used the tri-force as a symbol, thats all i remember from it)
Mighty Max (was mighty awesome)
Jayce and the wheeled warriors
Macron 1

My Star Trek VHS are dusting somewhere in my garage...

As said in the previous similar thread, I'm still waiting for Tour of Duty (not gonna happen because of music rights)

Actually Tour of Duty is out, both as a three single season release, and the Complete Series. I haven't bought it, so I don't know what music changes there are (if any at all) but I imagine that is the same thing holding up China Beach. I'm sure if that is ever released, the only music that will remain intact is the end credits.

'Lovelines' and 'The Cheerleaders Wild Weekend', both very bad movies even by the standards of the T&A genre, but with some memorable individual scenes. As to movies I'm at least prouder of : A Gamera Showa dual-language box set. Right now, finding the individual movies with different titles can be hard, and not all Gam-Showas are out in good form. I copied the Sandy Franks (non-MST) onto DVD, since a legit release on those is next to impossible.

It was never any great shakes, but some eps of 1981's 'The Amazing Spider-Man' (Minus Iceman+Firestar, but same animation company, possibly a prequel series to 'and his...Friends') made it to VHS, and I've always wanted to see the whole thing.

All my A-List bigs have made it or are about to.
