Well done everyone! On to this week!

Crime and Punishment in a Winter Wonderland!

Episode: The Seventh

Theme: Crime and Punishment (From any Trek source)

Random: Snow Days in SciFi (From any SF/F source) - Thanks Lys for the idea, I was stumped! Reasons for not watching Enterprise just seemed like too much of a downer.

AVs must be no larger than 140x140px and 70kb. Good luck!

AVs must be no larger than 140x140 px, 20kbs for regular AVs

Since the board now allows still avatars the same max of 70K as animated, I've been making my still avs larger than 20K for weeks. Did I goof up on the contest parameters back when we were rehashing 'em out after the switchover? :o

By the way, thanks for the votes last week. :)

No, I just went back and copied what one of the previous threads said, just to be all technically correct and stuff! :) I shall amend my post!

:guffaw::guffaw::guffaw: Could the look on his face be any more hilarious?!

I actually think it's the single most underrated episode in all ENT. I am being honest here. I don't see what is wrong with it. It has an awesome villain a moral dilemma and good production design and cinematography.

Yeah, I quite like the actor who plays the baddie in this, which is a shame. In theory, it could of been great, but, I would of preferred T'Pol to be stronger and not in need of rescue. I mean, we see plenty pandering to audiences with half-clothed decon scenes, who wouldn't of loved solo T'Pol kicking ass? Yes, she had issues to sort through, and I suppose they needed certain ways to have her and the Captain resolve their hang-ups with each other, I just wish it could of been different. :( Archer trusting her to complete the mission solo, and then her confiding in him afterward would of been just as big a step for them, imo.

Sorry for the mini-rant! lol

I kniow what you mean, but just because a character isn't as strong as we hoped doesn't mean it's a bad episode. I really like the scene when she's searching the ship and she almost loses it. I really just like watching it for the performances and the design. I think its just a neat episode to look at. It's eye candy. It's better than Mauraders and The Communicator in my book!

Bleah. IMO, The Seventh is BORE-ing! Bruce Davison is one of my favorite character actors, and the character he plays here put me right to sleep.
I didn't hate the "weakening of T'Pol" as much as I did the dullness of what should have been a fascinating look into T'Pol's past.
