About time the media producers and their legal lackeys lost a case - they use lies, exagaerations and distortions (not to mention their own gross hypocrisy) to win and well it's about time the tables were turned.

I'm glad that the ISP is not responsible for the actions of it's users. This makes the requirement that ISP's keep a record of every online action of it's users unnnecessary.

It still could happen though with the ACTA treaty
